Arvon Support Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized orders, and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance or packaging may vary while providing the same intended use and results. Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
To get the item you want as quickly as possible, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
