Delivery Timeframe
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 8–10 business days, depending on your location and local carrier delays.
30-Day Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return and refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contact.arvon@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns must be sent to the address provided when your return is approved.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it. Contact us immediately at contact.arvon@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
